These terms apply to your use of the MN Glass LLC (“MN Glass,” “we,” “us”) website. They’re short and in plain language on purpose.

Quotes and pricing

• The website gives general information about the glass work we do. It is not a price or an offer.
• Your price comes in a written quote after we measure at your free consultation. A quote becomes an agreement only when you approve it.
• Deposits, schedule and payment for your project are set out in your written quote.

Photos

Photos on the Projects page and under Recent Work are jobs MN Glass did. Some other photos on the site are stock photos that show the styles we offer.

Brands and certifications

Brand names and logos, including CRL, Kawneer and YKK AP, belong to their owners. We show them because we install their products; it doesn’t mean those companies endorse MN Glass. The AGMT, FGIA and OSHA names and logos belong to those organizations and show certifications held by our glazier.

Using this website

• We try to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes and can change without notice.
• The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, MN Glass isn’t responsible for losses from using it. Your project itself is covered by your written quote and agreement.
• The text, design and our own photos belong to MN Glass. Please don’t copy them for another business without asking.
• Links to other sites, such as Google and Facebook, are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites.
