MN Glass LLC (“MN Glass,” “we,” “us”) is a glass company in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. This page explains what information we collect through this website and when you call or text us, where it goes, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you enter in the quote form: whether the project is for a home or a business, your name, phone number, email (optional), the service, your city or ZIP code, and your project details.
• Your messages, photos and call details when you call, text or email us.
• Basic technical data that web servers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Where your information goes

• Quote requests. When you send the form, it goes through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an online form service that emails it to our inbox. FormSubmit handles it under its own privacy policy.
• Our web host. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• Links to other sites. Our Google and Facebook review links open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

We don’t sell your information, and we share it only with the services above or when the law requires it.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request, set up your free consultation, give you a written quote and do the work.
• To keep job records such as quotes and invoices.

Calls and texts

By sending a quote request, or by calling or texting us, you agree that MN Glass may call or text the number you gave us about your request and your project. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase; you can always ask us to call or email instead. We don’t sell, rent or share your phone number with anyone for their marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website has no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our web host may set a cookie that’s needed to protect the site from automated traffic. If we ever add analytics or ads, we’ll update this page first.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep project records as long as needed for business and tax purposes. To have us delete your contact information, call or text 763-318-6458 or email mnglassllc@gmail.com.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
